With regard to products sold on this website: The manufacturers offer a limited warranty on most items (see warranty info provided). However, we will gladly exchange any of the above items, if found to be defective or damaged within 15 days of the delivery date. Please promptly contact us at admin@activeshooteramerica.com with details of the product and the defect. You can send the product in its original packaging to: 41593 Winchester Rd. Suite 200, Temecula, CA 92590. If found to be defective, we will send you a replacement product.

With regard to services and training registration fees: Course registration fees are fully refundable (minus processing fee of 2.9% + $.30) if refund is requested at least 14 days prior to the training start date. If within 14 days of the training start date, the registration fees and course cost are nonrefundable, but can be applied to future training.
