Active Threat Tactical Refresher

*This refresher course is for law enforcement & armed security only. (This class is limited to 12 participants!)

The Active Threat Tactical Refresher class is a 1-Day intensive course that will reconnect officers with prior active threat response training with some of the perishable, tactical techniques commonly used in active threat response situations. This course is also a great introduction to active threat response tactics for those who have little to no tactical training. This course will contain NO classroom time and will entirely consist of hands-on practical exercises. All the repetitions at half the price!!!

The training day will start immediately at 0800. Students will meet in the parking lot, gear up, arm themselves with training weapons, and venture into the state of the art training village where we will begin instruction on the topics listed below. We will train all day, with sporadic breaks and a lunch. Be prepared to be in the sun, stand and kneel, climb stairs, work closely with others, and have an all around good time while learning and refreshing on tactical principles...oh, and did I mention repetitions?

• Room Entry/Clearing
• Centerfed & Cornerfed Entry Considerations
• Stairwells
• Opposing Doors
• Closed Doors

* All training pistols will be provided. Participants are encouraged to bring a duty belt or holster, and comfortable clothing you don't mind getting dirty (full list upon sign up).
